These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Epping Music School website and for taking part in our lessons and activities. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
About us
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.

If you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for missed lessons or late cancellations in line with our current policy.
Behaviour and safety
We aim to provide a safe, welcoming environment for all students. We expect students (and, where relevant, parents/guardians) to behave respectfully towards staff and other students, and to follow any reasonable instructions given for health and safety or safeguarding reasons. We may end lessons or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is unsafe or seriously disruptive.
Our responsibility to you
We will provide our lessons with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any loss of income, business or profit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content on this website and in our teaching materials. You must not copy, share or use our materials for any commercial purpose without our permission.
